I noticed a line that said "faction emblems can no longer be traded."
So does that mean this can still be done now? If so, I'd be willing to pay someone that has enough renown to purchase all 3 of the emblems and trade the to me.

Doesnt help. It still requires the renown to use it.

FYI: Since Hyou was curious.
Reflect on the Test server was changed in the following ways.
1. has a sound when used. Also has a (rather cool looking) particle bubble effect making it REALLY obvious when the effect is live.
2. In defensive role the cooldown is still 15 seconds.
3. In DPS role the cooldown increases to 25 seconds.
In regards to the Gadgets Stasis field now being a DOT attack, the dmg is about the same per tick as one of the 3 explosions when a sticky bomb is used. It lasts 7 seconds.
I do not have the character to test Mental Thought bubble interactions. (White Wraith is a Green Lantern on test)
