I discovered this document in the possession of a now deceased Professor of Linguistics from Miskatonic University. I think they should be good as the rules for our league. So here they are.
To learn the macabre secrets within our hollowed walls, One must reach the age of majority. lest innocence itself may die.
Those that wish to know the dark whispers of especially fabled Elder Things shall first be a Candidate. With one raid they shall be raised to Member. With a three week sojourn through obtuse and tainted raids they shall be raised to Law Bringer.
Those that raid shall be assumed to have journeyed to Pnakotus and have the wisdom of ultimate secrets to know when to need or to greed.
By ancient law stemming from cyclopean and many-columned Y'ha-nthlei, Mother Hydra and Father Dagon shall afford no more then 24 in their service.
For those that abstain from weekly raids or communicating with their fellow Limited for a fortnight, shall be assumed to be called to The Nameless City.
We bind ourselves in brotherhood knowing that Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn.

And now the translation for the Cthulhu Impaired...
1. You must be 18 or older to join Limited.
2. When you first join you are a Candidate. After your first raid you are a Member. After three weeks of raiding you are a Law Bringer.
3. Loot Rules: Be an adult. Talk it over. If people can't decide then the Officers will make the final call. If people can't decide over and over and over and over then see rule 6.
4. Membership is capped at 24 people (and all their alts). We want to be a fun, social league, not a league that spreads like a virus across the world bending the universe to its cyclopean will. Sorry. Got a little Cthulhu in there.
5. Disappear for two weeks without posting Out of Game and you are Out of League.
6. Don't be a dick. Being a dick is grounds for being booted.
Questions?

Hi Guys,
Must the limited recruits be level 30's? I assume we want as many 30's as possible but my brother would probably like to join. We got him up to 24 last night so we should be able to have him up to 30 soon if it is going to be a requirement.

To be honest we haven't discussed it yet. We have only talked about raiding members. In previous guilds we had a membership level that basically translated to "someone we like hanging out with and occasionally grouping with but they aren't interested in raiding on a regular basis". We may want to implement that as a membership level.
Does he want to raid eventually?

Hi Soar,
Yes, I believe he will want to raid. However, the membership level you mentioned above would describe my Dad 100% (he's a level 30 Tank) and we like to play as a family from time to time so my guess is they'd both like to join. My brother would like to raid and my father would be more of a "time-to-time" player due to his schedule and our time difference (he's in California).
*edit*They both have experience in MMO's and have done raids, task force, etc.

You can have as many alts as you want. You can have only one main though.
