Not really as unlike briefs (blues) and investigations (greens) collections (yellows) have randomized spawn points and each point does not always give the same collection bit. the list I posted above has some info as to which SECTIONS of a city certain collections can be found in. The most painful place to look for collections, by far, is the tomorrow district. To help me with it I have created the enclosed map. Any mark on the map means I HAVE found a collection item there. A plus sign means it was on a rooftop, a minus sign means it wasn't. This is a work in progress and I will, of course, be adding to it. At least until I find the damn Class A Exoskeletal System. If anyone wants to add to it I can also provide the .png file, which is layered Attachments:
